From the very first visit, our focus is on you. We want to know what your concerns are, and what you would like to achieve. We want to make sure you feel comfortable, fully informed and supported from your very first visit.

At your initial consultation, orthodontic xrays and photos will be taken prior to you seeing Dr Chisholm. Record taking is an important part of orthodontics so we can create the perfect individual treatment plan. If you have had xrays in the last 3 months, please bring these to your initial consultation. Dr Chisholm will perform a comprehensive orthodontic examination and facial assessment to help diagnose the best treatment options for you.

A personalised treatment plan is then provided to you and our fees and our in-house payment, interest free plans will be discussed with you. Your questions and feedback are encouraged at this time.If you are happy with your treatment plan, it may be possible to commence treatment with us on the same day!

After your appointment, our team prepare a detailed orthodontic summary for you which will be emailed to you.
